日本土佐（高知縣）以其獨特的「稻草燒鰹魚」（鰹魚半烤燒）聞名，是必嚐的靈魂美食；特色和牛是產量稀少的夢幻逸品「土佐赤牛」（土佐褐毛牛）；而當地雞肉則有「土佐地雞」，高知縣產的優質地雞，肉質有嚼勁。
